Our Policy



APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION

Your scheduled time matters to us. We recommend booking at least 2 weeks ahead as availability fills up fast.
 
Walk-in visits are not accommodated.

A credit card must be kept on file to secure your booking. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to appear for your scheduled time, a $50 cancellation charge will apply.
We recognize that plans change, so we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' advance notice for any cancellations or modifications.

CHECK-IN TIME

Please plan to arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time. Regrettably, guests who arrive late may only receive service for the time remaining out of respect for other clients.
Parking options include street or metered spaces. A public parking facility is also located one block from our location. Facial treatments typically last approximately 2 hours.

GIFT CARDS

Gift cards can be bought through our online shop or directly at our reception area. Gift cards function like cash—any lost or stolen cards cannot be refunded or replaced. All gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
 
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Online product purchases are final. Items that have been opened or used are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Skincare treatment packages that have been purchased cannot be returned or refunded. We're happy to offer exchanges for other products or spa services of equivalent value instead.
 
TIPPING

Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service. Service prices do not include tips. If you'd like to recognize outstanding service, tip envelopes are provided at the front desk. The typical industry standard is 18-20% of the total service cost.
 
SKINCARE TREATMENT PACKAGES
 
All skincare packages are final sale—no refunds or exchanges available.
Package validity periods: 5-session packages expire after 8 months, 12-session packages after 18 months, and 15-session packages after 24 months. Expired packages cannot be used or extended.
 
PAYMENT OPTIONS

A valid credit card is needed when making your reservation. Full payment is required when services are rendered. Accepted payment forms include cash, credit cards, Apple Pay, Venmo, Zelle.
